All parcels are shipped via Auspost parcel post

You have two shipping options; Parcel post is $10 flat rate for a single item, $2 per additional item; Express post is flat rate $15, $2 per additional item

returns & exchanges

As all items are made to order, I do not offer refunds. I prefer to work to your measurements but if you do not want to supply them please check the size charts here on the website carefully before selecting a size. If you have provided your measurements and there is an issue with sizing or fit please contact me to discuss alterations or exchanges. There is no refund or exchange for change of mind. If you have any queries regarding sizes or the fit of a particular style please feel fee to contact me via the Contact us page, email or on my social media accounts

damaged or faulty goods

As all items are personally made by me I carefully check all garments before posting, however I am only human and sometime mistakes are made. Please contact me directly if you believe there is a fault or damage to your garment
